What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us. Through the quote form that is usually:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- ZIP code
- Photos of your grill or equipment, and any message you write
If you call or text, we keep a record of your number and the conversation. If we visit your property, we keep the service address, notes about the job and photos taken during the work.
Like most websites, ours also records basic technical data automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and a general location based on your IP address. We may use cookies or similar tools for this and to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and give you a quote
- To schedule, perform and follow up on service
- To contact you about your job by phone, text or email
- To keep records of work done, which helps on return visits
- To improve our website and services
Photos of your grill may be used on our website or social media as before and after examples. We crop or avoid anything that identifies you or your home, such as faces, house numbers or street views. If you'd rather we not use your photos at all, tell us and we won't.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when it's needed to do the work or run the business, for example with:
- Technicians and staff assigned to your job, including those working with our partner company Pro Grill
- Service providers that help us operate, such as scheduling, messaging, email, website hosting and payment processing
- Authorities, when the law requires it
Text messages
If you text us or give us your number, we may text you about your quote and appointment. We don't send marketing texts without your consent. You can reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep customer records for as long as they're useful for service and as required for business and tax records, then delete them. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of any marketing at any time. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
