Commercial Grill Cleaning in Los Angeles

Grills at restaurants, hotel pool bars, country clubs and event spaces see more use in a week than most home grills see in a year. We clean and repair them on a schedule that fits your service hours, and the grease and wastewater leave with us.

Built for heavy use

Commercial outdoor grills build up grease fast. A busy patio grill or a hotel's poolside barbecue can develop a layer in the firebox and grease tray within weeks that a home grill would take a year to reach. That buildup is a fire risk, it causes flare-ups that char food, and it's what health inspectors and insurers notice first.

We work on outdoor commercial cooking equipment: built-in and cart-style gas grills, outdoor kitchens at hotels and clubs, smokers, flat-top griddles and pizza ovens on patios, and the patio heaters around them. Our techs carry common parts for the premium brands that most hospitality outdoor kitchens use, so repairs often happen on the cleaning visit.

How commercial service works

  1. 1

    Site walk

We look at every grill and appliance, note brands, condition and use, and talk through your service hours and access rules.

  2. 2

    Set a schedule

Heavy-use grills might need monthly cleaning; lighter-use amenity grills quarterly. We set it based on what we see, not a fixed package.

  3. 3

    Visits around your hours

Early morning, between lunch and dinner, or after close. Equipment needs to be cool, so we plan around that.

  4. 4

    Clean, repair and log

Each visit includes a full teardown cleaning, a check of gas and ignition, and a written record with photos for your files.

  5. 5

    Flag issues early

Worn burners, failing valves and grease management problems get reported with a quote before they take a grill out of service.

Each cleaning visit covers

  • Grates, heat plates and burners removed and degreased
  • Firebox scraped and degreased
  • Grease trays, drip pans and grease chutes emptied and cleaned
  • Burner ports and venturis cleared
  • Igniters and electrodes tested
  • Gas connections leak tested
  • Exterior stainless cleaned and polished
  • All grease, scrapings and rinse water collected and removed from the site
  • Service record with date, findings and photos

What's not included

We service outdoor cooking equipment and patio gas appliances. We don't clean indoor commercial kitchen lines, hood and exhaust duct systems (that requires a hood cleaning contractor), fryers or grease interceptors. We don't run gas lines or do electrical work. For outdoor vent hoods over a covered grill, we degrease the baffles and reachable surfaces, but not the ductwork. See our commercial cleaning schedule guide for how often different equipment usually needs attention.

Records for inspections and insurance

Every visit is documented with the date, what was cleaned, what was found and photos. That record helps when a health inspector asks about outdoor equipment, when an insurer asks about fire prevention, or when a new manager takes over and wants to know the history. We're insured and can provide a certificate of insurance for vendor onboarding.

Commercial grill questions

Can you work before opening or after closing?

Yes. We schedule around service, often early morning when the grills are cold. Late-night visits depend on when the equipment cools down.

How often should a restaurant patio grill be cleaned?

It depends on volume. Grills used every service often need monthly deep cleaning, with your staff handling daily scraping and grease tray emptying in between.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Send us your vendor requirements and we'll provide a COI naming your property or management company.

Can you service multiple locations?

Yes, across our LA service area. Multi-site operators can get one schedule and one point of contact.

Do you train staff on daily cleaning?

We're happy to walk your staff through daily and weekly tasks on a visit, so the grills stay in better shape between deep cleanings.

Do you handle smokers and pizza ovens too?

Yes. See our smoker, griddle and pizza oven service for the details.

How is commercial service priced?

It depends on the number of units, their size and condition, and how often you need service. We'll quote it after a site walk.
